Silvia Broome (Kidman) works at the United Nations General Assembly as an interpreter. While packing off from work one day, she hears whispers of an assassination plan of the President of Matobo, Africa, when he is due to make a speech at the General Assembly. Secret Service Dignatory Protection Squad Agent Tobin Keller (Penn) and his assistant Dot Woods (Keener) are assigned the task to verify Broome's threat. After delving into his eyewitnesses past, Keller learns of Broomes connections with Matobo and realises that Broome herself might be involved in this conspiracy. With every passing incident, Keller cant decide whether to trust her or not. A very typical American action-diplomatic movie. Nothing different, but still worth a watch.
