Love, does not have rules. Desperate single Gigi (Goodwin) with guidance from office colleagues Janie (Connelly) and Beth (Aniston) tries to hook up with a guy by following 'the rules'. She meets a restaurant owner Alex (Long) who throws her rule book out of the window and tells her that if a guy likes you he tells you and if not then he ignores you and there are no rules governing it. Janie is married to her childhood hubby Ben (Cooper) who, unknown to her, feels he has been forced into marriage and starts two-timing her with Anna (Johnson). Beth, on the other hand, has been having a live-in relationship with Neil (Affleck) for a good seven years and yet Neil doesn't feel there is a need to get married. Relationships go for a toss and one huge mess ensues. The movie tries to do another Love Actually but doesn't create the sort of stir that a movie of its scale should have. The star cast is highly impressive but doesn't create the impact that it was capable of. Nothing really in the movie to talk about, worth only a single watch.
